Something we have seen first hand is how annoying it can be to discover what Exchange Online server a user is connected to. It is relatively simple enough (log into OWA, go to Options, About, sift through the information there) – it’s still a several-click process per user.
The team over at MessageOps have developed a tool which allows you to perform the same lookup in bulk:
