How Exclaimer helped in the Paradyne acquisition

One of the most important steps when proceeding with an acquisition is informing customers, partners and suppliers.

While an email blast or press release will surely get the attention of most of the people you want to contact, undoubtedly there will be some who don’t get the message for one reason or another.

As Paradyne had not long ago implemented Exclaimer Cloud – Signatures for Office 365 and had been using the Banner field to promote our webinars and events – I chose to re-purpose this section to inform everyone we emailed about the impending change to our email address, due to our acquisition by ████████████.
